•  Minimum 1 public telephone with amplification option in lobby/public space
•  Closed caption TV where applicable (rooms, lobby, etc...).
•  Accessibility fact sheet available at register.
•  Emergency plan(s) explained/handed-out at registration.
•  Facility/room orientation fact sheet provided at registration.
•  Alerting systems throughout the establishment.
